Hung every shelf straight the first time

Kitchen shelves, a heavy mirror and three curtain rods in under two hours. He found the studs, cleaned up the dust and charged exactly what he quoted.

Basement walls look factory-smooth

Hung, taped and sanded a full basement in three days. Dust walls up the whole time and the corners are razor sharp. Painter said it was the cleanest prep he'd seen.

New patio and lawn, done on schedule

They graded, laid the stone patio and rolled out new sod in one week. Watered it in, explained the care schedule, and the lawn has knitted in perfectly.

Wraparound deck that feels rock solid

Hidden fasteners, glass railing and lighting in the stair risers. They walked us through every stage and left the site spotless every evening.

Oven back up before dinner

Called at noon, he was here by three with the right element. Fixed, tested and gone in 30 minutes for a fair price. Saved us buying a new oven.

Reliable, friendly and fast

Replaced two interior doors, fixed a leaking toilet and patched a hole in the hallway. Showed up on time, texted when leaving, and the work is flawless.

Our 250 sq ft deck landed dead level

They pulled the rotted subframe, re-poured the footings and had the composite deck done in four days. Every screw line was checked with a level in front of me, and the invoice matched the quote to the dollar.

Water damage patch that vanished

Two layers, taped, skimmed and painted. You genuinely cannot find the repair, even raking light across the wall. She also flagged the leak behind it before it reached the floor.

Fixed the washer in 40 minutes

Came the same afternoon, showed me the seized pump, replaced it and cleaned the filter housing before he left. No upsell, no invented parts — the old part went in the bag with me.

Yard drained properly for the first time

Regraded the back slope and laid a French drain. The puddle that sat by the door all winter is gone. One hiccup on the start date, but they called ahead and made up the time.

Twenty small jobs, one visit

Sticky doors, a wobbly rail, shelving, a leaking tap under the sink and a TV mount. He arrived with the right bits for all of it and left the place tidier than he found it.

Great build, slow paperwork

The framing and railings are solid and the stairs are safe for the kids. But the final invoice took three weeks and two emails, and the stain was left in the garage, not applied.

Room divider done in a day

Stud wall, two layers each side, door frame squared up. Dust screens and a vacuum at the end made it liveable. Would have liked the electrical boxes labelled before the drywall went up.

Fridge running cold again

Diagnosed a failed fan over the phone, brought the part with him, and had the freezer back to temperature the same visit. Told me honestly it was a 15-minute fix, not a new fridge.

They actually read the slope

Edging, 400 sq ft of new lawn and a gravel path that follows the ground instead of fighting it. Six weeks later the lawn is thick and the path has not sunk anywhere.
